Piotrem Wlaziem z\u00a0Uniwersytetu Marii Curie-Sk\u0142odowskiej w\u00a0Lublinie pt. <i>&#8220;Wp\u0142yw SSR 504734, selektywnego inhibitora transportera<br \/>\nglicyny typu 1, na aktywno\u015b\u0107 drgawkow\u0105 i\u00a0potencja\u0142 terapeutyczny wybranych<br \/>\nlek\u00f3w przeciwdrgawkowych&#8221;. <\/i><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Pierwszy projekt skupia si\u0119 na wyja\u015bnieniu powi\u0105za\u0144 pomi\u0119dzy sygnalizacj\u0105 serotoninergiczn\u0105 zwi\u0105zan\u0105 z\u00a0receptorem serotoninowym 5-HT7, zmianami kszta\u0142tu kolc\u00f3w dendrytycznych oraz odporno\u015bci\u0105 na stres. G\u0142\u00f3wnym celem projektu b\u0119dzie wgl\u0105d w\u00a0biologiczn\u0105 istot\u0119 odporno\u015bci na stres otwieraj\u0105c tym samym nowy kierunek bada\u0144 w\u00a0farmakologii, gdzie nowo zaprojektowane leki przeciwdepresyjne b\u0119d\u0105 wzmacnia\u0142y mechanizmy kompensacyjne kom\u00f3rek nerwowych, bez konieczno\u015bci odwracania stanu depresyjnego, jak jest to powszechnie praktykowane. Okre\u015blenie molekularnych podstaw zwi\u0105zanych z\u00a0behawioraln\u0105 odporno\u015bci\u0105 na stres mo\u017ce r\u00f3wnie\u017c utorowa\u0107 drog\u0119 do opracowania nowych, skuteczniej dzia\u0142aj\u0105cych lek\u00f3w przeciwdepresyjnych.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n<p align=\"justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: normal;\">Celem drugiego projektu jest lepsze poznanie roli transportera glicyny typu 1 (GlyT1) w\u00a0patomechanizmie padaczki poprzez zbadanie wp\u0142ywu wysoce selektywnego inhibitora GlyT1 (SSR 504734) na aktywno\u015b\u0107 drgawkow\u0105 i\u00a0skuteczno\u015b\u0107 terapeutyczn\u0105 lek\u00f3w przeciwdrgawkowych u myszy.
